A New Citizen

Fleurine Ouonkap passed the citizenship test on February 25, 2014.  With the guidance of her tutor, Kathy Kaldor, Fleurine studied and prepared for the test for two months.  The Write to Read Program is very proud of Fleurine’s achievement.
