Introduction to the Materials on Dyslexia
October 27, 2012, Write to Read held a special workshop for adult literacy tutors on the topic of dyslexia. We were fortunate to have Isabelle Ostreicher, an educational therapist with a masters degree in reading, as our presenter. We reviewed and discussed the latest research and insights on dyslexia, behavior, symptoms to watch for, diagnosis, and techniques for helping adult learners with dyslexia. Below are the materials from the workshop, which we invite you to use.
